1. These few days have been very tiring for me. I do not understand why, but my body aches like crazy, with the muscles feeling really sore and tired. And so, I told my darling husband, who said that that's impossible, and that I was lying. He asked how I could ever be tired?!?! I have been asking him since Tuesday night why he did not believe me. :-0
2. I put some grapes into his drinking cup, and I chuckled. I really chuckled, cos I couldn't wait to see how he would respond to those grapes in the cup. He saw the grapes before he poured some water inside. And I chuckled even more. It was really quite funny. :-D
3. I shared with him a 6D sound tech clip. First, I have no idea whether it's really 6D, but still, the clip sounded pretty amazing, and you can hear the sound travel from left to right to left, and coming from externally. And I wanted him to hear it. So I asked him to listen to it and to put on his earphones to listen. He stopped for a while. Took a step back, and in total disbelief, told me I must be playing a prank on him, that there would be a shocking loud booming sound if he puts on the earphones. :-0 OH MY TIAN. Why didn't he believe me?
4. At the lift lobby, he told me that my hands smelled kinda fragrant. I tried to smell my palm. Then quickly, a flash of warning came to me. I quickly retracted my hands and he laughed. I thought he might slap my own hand into my own face. We both laughed incredulously.
This whole week has been strange. :-D
It is such lighter moments that make me feel that we still enjoy each other and cherish each other.
I also received my wonderful Christmas present (and not from Steve). I woke up to an email that told me now that I am Etihad Gold!
Hee hee. Perhaps to some, it's nothing to shout over. But this, is definitely a nice surprise to me as I never expected it to happen. For the past month, I have been wondering about it though - why and how much flight miles would it take before one gets a gold status? And I've been checking online and dutifully keying in the necessary. However, i (always) suspect it could be my darling's doing - because we combine miles (or something like that) - that I somehow wouldn't reach the gold tier when one year back, he's already gold.
So... this is a nice Christmas pressie. :-D Made my day totally.
