While time permits...
I have about half an hour to finish this, so here's a quick quick quick update of the last couple of days! I had so much fun and enjoyed myself tremendously and well, when you are enjoying yourself, time flies by and wham... it's already mid-week!
Spring is here and this marks a fresh new beginning for the Japanese. It is the time again when life springs forth after the gloomy and cold winter season and I feel so happy!! Really it's true that when the days start getting longer, the weather becomes 晴れ。。。so do my emotions! I have been feeling so 明るい。。。so genki. :)
The last cold spells were finally over.. (or so I hope) and 21st March, known as 春分の日 (Shunbun no hi) , is an official holiday where the length of the day and night are equal. This also somehow marks the fact that winter is officially over and spring is ushered in, and temperatures start rising. Yay! And indeed it has been the case. I still remember how during winter, I was wondering how I would survive the cold, and then January, then Feb... then everyone told me that Feb would be the coldest month... err... waking up shivering in the morning... wrapped up like a bak zhang... puffed up and still cold... hiding under the kotatsu... seeking refuge in buses and trains... my best friend being the stoves and heaters... ahha.. the list could just go on... and then March came... n then now April!
Well, hahaha.. i meant to write about wat i did the last few days, but sigh... so overwhelmed by the spring of life, blossoms, flowers... oh... hanami.. i just can't stop!
Ok... show you all some flowers and pretty stuff first.
Pictures in the garden
A stroll in a Japanese garden

I am on Cloud Nine!
And the next few picts are taken on a very foggy, misty day at about 8.30am on the Sunday just passed. I think i once told someone i lived in the clouds... here's evidence. haha... errr, cos I am quite high up, about 600m above sea level, so if you are on the ground, I am really living in the clouds! Haha...
Side-tracking a little... this reminds me of my childhood fantasies while reading Enid Blyton. You remember the strange tree, I think it's called the Magic Faraway Tree! She wrote about where there are many different worlds you could enter into or find yourself lost in? Like Topsy-Turvy land, or getting yourself drenched from the washing woman's pail or something like that... and some other weird places? :D
An incongruously congruous blend of happy Elmo, basketball hoop, a black car, a white house and the beautiful about-to-blossom dunno-wat-name flowers.... wahhahahaha.
And I haven't written about my adventures the last few days... Time doesn't permit! Gotta go off soon... Yay!! Going to a tennis camp now and then church camp tmr!

Dear Xiaowei.. I am really on cloud nine. Feeling very happy and blessed recently. So many flowers, so beautiful. Just looking at the scenery every morning brightens my day and reminds me of the goodness of God. :)
