Joy

I woke up this morning feeling exceptionally happy and refreshed. There is simply no way I can explain how I felt, and at this present moment, I am still feeling very happy. I know it is the joy of the Lord.

It is a certain strength in me. A certain inexplicable joy. I sang to myself and got about getting ready. I looked at my room and felt that it was nice, roomy and breezy. I looked out of the balcony and saw the wonderful landscape. Haha... I really felt happy lar.

I sent smses to some people and navigated my way down to the station. Last night, my neighbour, Abel, who is half-Australian and half-Japanese taught me how to do it the fastest way, n this morning, I walked that route!

I reached school half an hour early, and sat down for a cup of rich and creamy sugarless soya bean drink. Slurp. So nice!

This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it!

This post reminds me so much of myself, and of some of the posts I wrote on my weblog (http://lackofsound.blogspot.com/). I have these periods too, in which I feel so unbelievably happy I could burst... I'm not a religious person myself, but maybe you're right, maybe it is a godsend experience.
